Include the TV box in the delivery plan
Keep packaged dimensions, the agreed delivery service and the eventual equipment location in separate records.

Record the package as well as the television
The physical television and its delivery packaging have different dimensions. Obtain the exact regional model’s packaged information and retain it with the delivery offer. Do not estimate box size from a photograph of an unboxed set or assume a familiar diagonal identifies every package. The archived Samsung image is physical context, not the LG model used as a source example.
This is a purchasing and service-scope review. It is not a lifting, carrying, wall-fixing or route-planning instruction. A property-specific access or handling question needs an appropriate assessment rather than a guessed answer from a small drawing.

Preserve the manufacturer’s two distinct records
LG’s UK OLED55C44LA information lists packaging dimensions of 1360×810×187 mm and with-stand set dimensions of 1222×757×230 mm. Those are attributed figures for the named model, not our measurements or dimensions for the archived photograph. Keep the stated axis order and the configuration with each record.
A package dimension by itself does not determine whether an actual delivery route is suitable. Doorways, turns, handling requirements and the agreed service need their own review. Likewise, the set’s final footprint does not identify the space needed during delivery or setup. Do not turn either specification into a guarantee about an unidentified property.

Read what the delivery offer actually includes
Keep doorstep delivery, delivery to an agreed room and any installation or removal service as separate scope questions. Record the actual seller’s offer rather than assuming one service follows from another. If access conditions or extra work are unresolved, preserve them before ordering. A low delivery charge is not evidence that every property requirement has been assessed.
For an invented cost example, £600 of equipment plus £30 of delivery and £70 of agreed work gives a £700 listed subtotal. These are hypothetical inputs, not current prices or a suggested market rate. The arithmetic is useful only after the actual work and any applicable charges have been identified.

Keep accessories and documentation visible at handover
Save the included-parts list and the receipt or order record. A stand, remote, cables and other accessories should be identified from the actual bundle, not from a stock photograph. The remote image here illustrates a separate control item; it is not proof that it is supplied with your candidate or compatible with it.
Retain the applicable retailer information for unwanted items and for faults as different records. Richer Sounds’ UK guidance is an example of a policy that distinguishes purchase channels and conditions. This guide does not determine an individual return or refund entitlement. Read the policy and terms that actually apply to the seller and order.

Treat additional AV equipment as additional scope
A separate soundbar or other component may have its own package, placement and agreed setup task. Do not assume that a television service covers every connected device. The soundbar photograph is an archival physical example, not a current bundle or an installation demonstration. Keep the quotation’s equipment and work list complete.
A useful final delivery record states the model, package information, agreed service and unresolved property questions. It should not imply that our dimensions certify a route or that a successful budget calculation establishes safe handling. Resolve a significant access uncertainty through the appropriate actual service assessment before relying on the offer.
